Application
The profile is made of 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billets, which are precisely extruded and double-aged hardened to have high tensile strength, ensuring the stability and safety of the curtain wall structure.
After extrusion, the profile can be subjected to a variety of surface treatments such as anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain treatment, etc. Among them, 15-25μm anodizing or fluorocarbon spraying treatment has a weather resistance of more than 30 years, which is suitable for outdoor use under different climatic conditions.
